pitta bread
half a onion diced
chicken- in strips- chicken breast
mushroom-diced
zucinni diced
sour cream-2tbps
pepper-to taste
grated carrot
cook ur chicken til its lightly browned and onion at the same time add zucinni, mushrooms and carrot.. let cook for about 5 mins then turn off and add the sour cream while the pan is still hot.. and pepper.. put the mix on the pitta bread fold. serve with salad

preheat oven to 200'c
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar (1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup granulated sugar)
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
combine all ingredients, spoon into tablespoon sized balls
put on greese proof papaer.
cook for 10-12 mins, watch they cook quick..
remove form oven , leave on tray for 10 mins too cool as they will be fragile stilll..

Use equal ammounts of cream and choclate melted and simmered on a bain marie type - over pan.. once thats mixed you can take the pan off heat and once it cools it will thicken.. i get some ice cream and let it sit so it melts slightly and mix the gnash thru the icecream tho still thick in places.. cover again then put it back in the freezer.. make sure u do this about an hr before you want to eat it.. then once you dive in its like caramel but choclate.. its beautiful! enjoy Continue reading...

500g mince ( lean if possible) you can do 1/2 pork and veal 1/2 beef too
1 large carrot
1 stalk of celery
1 onion ( optional for kids)
1/4 of small cabbage
1Packet beef 2 min noodles
Curry powder (optional)
Beef stock and cornflour (instant gravy mix works well to add flavor and thicken when in a hurry)
Dice carrots and celery and fry to 1/3 cooked add mince and cook through...your vegies will be almost cooked now too.

potato fritatta
4 medium potatoes - thinly sliced
1/2 cup of thinly sliced pumpkin
4 tree's(the smaler bits-) of brocolli also sliced
1/2 a white onion- sliced thinly
pepper /salt to taste
5 medium eggs
1 tblspn of water
grated cheese
preheat oven to 220
par boil the potato and pumpkin and brocolli
fry onion then add the par boiled vegies..add salt n pepper..
whisk the egg with water

This is a variation on the famous beef stroganoff, but just as tasty!
200 mls of sour cream2 tblspn flour
6 large mushrooms sliced
1 n hlf cups of chicken stock
1 tblspn soy sauce/ or cekap manice (sweet soy)
rice- basmati or brown
olive oil/ oive oil butter
1 med onion diced
